The Moody S31 is a seaworthy and well appointed yacht.
I felt this boat was a fairly good example of a modern 31ft sailing yacht. She has a particularly spacious and clear cockpit with nice open decks. The boat has a sensibly designed interior with spacious berths and facilities. Internal fixtures and finishes are in modern materials.
When photographed, the boat was lying ashore and needs antifouling. This is merely a maintenance issue and the owner has this matter 'in-hand'.
My lasting impressions are of a sensibly designed boat which has been finished in modern materials and decoration.

This is a typical example of Fairline boats from the 1970's. The Mirage offers a fairly standard layout but in this case I was pleasantly surprised by the space especially in the cockpit.
This boat is currently located on the Medway river. She is ideally suited for inland waterways but her twin engines should enable her to cruise along coastal areas and even cross the channel if you are confidant.
I felt that she was a fairly tidy and solid package.
