This 1956 dutch-built Thames tug has been lovingly converted for live-aboard use by the current owners over the last 10 years.
Within the ships hull is approximately 80m2 of split-level open-plan living area. It include a custom built heavy-duty timber work surface used for work, study or boat maintainence tasks such as carpentry. Original features such as 2 giant gearbox coupling, and the end of the original shaft are visible.
There is one large cabin at the bow with potential to easily create a further large cabin at the stern.
Up steel steps from the lower floor is a long, tiled breakfast bar and food preparation surface, with plumbing for a washing machine. There is a contemporary kitchen, with Smeg free standing 6-ring cooker. Also on this level is a smart white mosaic-tiled bathroom with oversized shower, marine toilet and washbasin.
Outside there is very large deck area offering 360 degree views. Another set of steel steps leads to a wheelhouse, used as an office, studio or a further bedroom.
A Somy diesel ships boiler provides heating and good pressure hot water.

Heron dinghy for sale number 6080 wooden construct probley home built like a lot were but well made and strong . nice little dinghy and very stable able to take an outboard motor ( not supplied ) very newish sails still crisp genoa and main, doesnt leak very good condition for year, gunter rig ,all bouyancy bags there and ok . all in all a great little boat and good fun with an active class assocation and racing

| Hi there, i have a laser in Kent that i also have advertised as "laser for Rs600". The boat sail number is 52375 so is quite old, but have spent at least £500 on the boat. It comes with all the usual things such as Daggerboard, rudder, Hull and;

The Hull colour is Yellow and i have recently spent alot of money on Having the hull professionally re-conditioned and made perfectly watertight having the backboard replaced and the bung re-done. The hull besides a couple of scars and the bottom of the hull which looks very scratched but does not affect the boat really is in quite good condition.
The boat is on a sledge at my local sailing club Downs sailing club in Deal and viewing are perfectly welcome, as are queries, which are welcome by Phone; 01304841655 or email during the day.

Topper dinghy for sale sail number 34025 'CAN'T STOP'. One of only a few toppers with a silver deck.
Do not be fooled by the sail number. This topper has done me proud over the last few years winning my sailing club regatta and since then has been in the RYA zone squad 2009/2010. I have also raced her in the topper nationwide series and winter regatta, beating much newer toppers.
My last event in her was sadly the topper nationals in Pwhelli where I achieved a first in one race proving the age of the topper will not hold a good sailor back.
I'm selling 'CAN'T STOP' with full race rigg which I replaced at the beginning of this season along with a brand new sail and new top and bottom mast section. She also comes with a complete spare rig including sail and boom and a hyde sail for light winds. She sports a padded toe strap, brand new ronstan ratchet block and kicker blocks, rooster mainsheet, completely kitted out with ball bearing blocks. I treated her to some wet and dry recently so the hull and foils are nice and smooth.
