Andraste has a cosy main saloon with built in seating, a dining area that can convert to further berths, and a small galley area with stand alone lpg oven, storage and a sink.
Forward from this is a corridor with a log burner that comfortably heats the entire boat. There is a good sized double cabin with storage below the double berth. Forward from this is a wet room with shower, sink and toilet. Forward from this is another cabin with twin berths, currently used for storage.
The boat itself was well fitted out when built and retains the feel of a boat whilst offering surprising space for its size.The Mermaid engine is in good working order and offers plenty of power when in use. The rigging is also in good order, however the boat does not come with sails. The cockpit area seats six and offers good storage as well.
Externally the boat has extremely good outside space and is easy to walk around when in use. Overall, Andraste offers low ongoing running costs, comfortable living space and the ability to cruise if needed, and is very much an affordable home.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.60 per foot of length per week.
