There is a built in fridge/freezer, dish washer and gas oven, as well as plenty of storage and work surface. All the windows, as well as the sky light and patio doors, are double glazed and offer amazing light. It has full gas fired central heating, and there are several different levels of lighting throughout.
There is a small second bedroom with enough space for a double bed, and a well appointed shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. The large main double bedroom has lots of built in storage, and also has a separate toilet and hand basin.
Outside there is a covered washing machine on the back storage area. The home itself is in excellent condition and externally needs very little ongoing maintenance. the steel pontoon, a bespoke construction from 2018, is also in excellent condition.

Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £1.50 per foot of length per week.
