Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Callum-Shontelle, a lovely cruising boat ideal for travelling the inland and coastal waters of the UK, and with the potential to be a cruising houseboat with a small amount of work.
Callum-Shontelle has surprising space internally, and also some really good useable external space to enjoy your surroundings wherever you find yourself. Callum-Shontelle has been well maintained and recently painted, and comes with plenty of equipment including Chard Plotter, Fish Finder, Depth sounder and VHF radio. She has LED lighting throughout, and has a solar panel in place to charge the two 12v batteries.
Accommodation has good headroom throughout and comprises an open v berth that could be converted to a double berth, this area could also be separated from the main indoor accommodation by partition walls, or left open depending on your preferences. There is built in seating in the saloon, a sink with hot and cold running water and small oven with two ring hob. There is a separate shower cubicle that could be turned into a wet room and there is room to have a full sized toilet installed. There is a gas water heater for hot water, and with some plumbing already in place you could also change this for a gas combi boiler and have a couple of radiators for heating. The 3 cylinder Lister diesel engine offers plenty of power for cruising and is a well thought of and sought after make of engine.
The wheelhouse is a comfortable area with built in seating/single berth, and offers panoramic views for when cruising, enabling safe navigation. Externally there is a good sized deck area aft, with covered access to the Lister engine.
She will need to leave her current berth once sold, leisure moorings are available in many places along the river Medway. Should you require a residential mooring to make the boat a permanent home then we may be able to help you find one.
Callum-Shontelle is a fine example of a good sized and easily navigable leisure cruising boat with the potential to be a residential cruiser, or weekend/holiday home.
