The forward cabin is a generous V double berth, just behind that is the forward heads, which has room for a chemical toilet and hand basin. Opposite the heads is a full length wardrobe, ideal for storage. In the centre of the boat s a spacious lounge where the wheel house is located and has the potential to fit a folding bed for extra guest accommodation. Towards the stern of the boat there is a further head with room for a shower, toilet and wash basin. Directly opposite is the galley kitchen which is reasonable sized. Located at the stern of the ship is the back bedroom with has two single berths located on the port and starboard side with a chest of drawers situated in between the two berths. In the middle of the boat there is a four cylinder engine that has not been run for a long period of time and needs attention. This engine is untested and is believed to be a BMC 1800/1600.
This boat requires work and fitting out, however this boat has a lot of potential and would be ideal for live aboard/ recreational use.
Equipment: fenders, ropes, life ring, anchor with chain, new carpets and insulation to be fitted. Timber, new gas cooker, and kitchen sink that needs to be installed.
