EVE, currently moored on The River Medway in Kent.
Eve is the front section of an iron riveted ‘Joey’ type boat constructed in the 1800’s (est. 1850). She was converted by the previous owner with the addition of a steel stern and cabin structure. She was last out of the water in 2015 and was blacked with bitumen. Since I purchased Eve in 2013 I have had the windows reconditioned, fitted a radio CD player, digital television aerial, 2 x USB sockets and a Sterling hi-speed battery charger.

A very reluctant sale - but changes in work schedule mean that it's time I headed for land with my son. We've absolutely loved living aboard this boat for two idyllic years. We will so miss the lifestyle: canoeing, fishing, BBQs, reading by the fire, and entertaining friends (pre-2020 of course).
Our very roomy widebeam comes fully equipped and ready to move into, with all the home comforts you could possibly wish for when making the transition to live on water.
I've priced Cornelia for a speedy sale, and she comes with her residential mooring; we are blessed with very love... read more

'Harlequin' undertook a full refit, whilst the owners had the boat out of the water in 2018/19 they had the weed hatch removed as it was showing signs of rust and professionally re-welded as well as some old skin fittings professionally welded over. The hull was professionally shot-blasted and 7 coats of epoxy primer applied from the gunwales down. T... read more

Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Dry Lunch, a well built widebeam on a secure residential mooring. Dry Lunch offers good sized accommodation, a quality finish, but now needs some attention to the external paint work and internal woodwork, and is very much priced with this in mind.
Built in 2005, Dry lunch has only had 2 owners from new, with the Beta Marine engine only having done 40 hours in this time.
Entrance is through the unusually shaped but spacious wheelhouse, that offers panoramic views and comfortable navigation. A short flight of stairs leads down to the main acco... read more

Smooth Sailin' has had a great deal of thought put into her fit out, with the emphasis on economical ongoing living costs and a nice flow to the accommodation, the fact that there are two good sized double cabins that haven't impacted on the main living area is testament to this.
